1. please do not copy or reproduce any aspect of the p. a. p. a r t artwork you purchase under any circumstances without prior consent from p. a. p. d e s i g n and/or p. a. p. a r t, or the original artist.

2. if you do not purchase the artwork via p. a. p. d e s i g n and/or p. a. p. a r t then it is unauthentic, as each artwork is created to order and then hand-signed by the original artist.
 

3. the p. a. p. a r t Purchase ID is included with the artwork you purchase to ensure it's authenticity, starting from 01 for each artwork created by the original artist.
 

4. to return the artwork you purchased for a refund, please do so with the original artwork, the original packaging, and the original p. a. p. a r t Purchase ID, but placed inside protective postal packaging.

5. all types of refunds will be given after the original artwork is received in the original packaging, with the original p. a. p. a r t Purchase ID, and the artwork is undamaged and is also saleable.

6. please do not send a photocopy of the original p. a. p. a r t Purchase ID with the artwork you purchased for any type of refund, as it will not be accepted, and the refund will not be given.

7. all types of refunds will not include the postage and packaging cost(s) for the delivery of the artwork you purchase at the time and date of the purchase of the artwork.

8. all types of refund requests will be accepted within 7 days of the date of the delivery of the artwork, and/or within 7 days of the purchase date on the original p. a. p. a r t Purchase ID.

9. all postal deliveries are a tracked and signed for service, and will also confirm the delivery date once a refund request has been submitted by the purchaser.

10. the postage and packaging cost(s) for the return of the original artwork you purchased for all types of refund requests are at the expense of the purchaser.

11. for online payments via the p. a. p. d e s i g n and/or p. a. p. a r t website(s), the proof of purchase is also with the payment vendor such as PayPal, eBay, your Bank, or the Credit/Debit Card.

12. your Credit/Debit Card details for online payments via the p. a. p. d e s i g n and/or p. a. p. a r t website(s) are not collected and/or will not be stored by p. a. p. d e s i g n and/or p. a. p. a r t.

13. your name and contact details may be stored by p. a. p. d e s i g n and/or p. a. p. a r t to deal with a refund request and/or an unforeseen purchase issue also via the/an online payment vendor.

14. your name and contact details will be stored by p. a. p. d e s i g n and/or p. a. p. a r t in accordance with the current Data Protection Act(s), but can be removed at your request.

15. your name and contact details will not be passed to authorities, or to third parties for sales or marketing by p. a. p. d e s i g n and/or p. a. p. a r t under any conditions without your consent.

16. for orders by telephone or e-mail, please provide each Artwork's Name and LD/GA/SC/FFF-number, the A size of the artwork, the frame type, frame size, frame colour, and the quantities.

17. a maximum of 3 artwork is allowed per postal delivery (without frames) due to the size of the current packaging.

18. for orders by telephone or e-mail, if required, you'll be sent an e-mail from p. a. p. d e s i g n or p. a. p. a r t containing a PayPal™ payment invoice with the total cost of your order.

19. for orders and payments via PayPal™, orders will be sent to the confirmed postal address linked to the PayPal™ account holder.

20. for orders and payments via PayPal™, and via the PayPal™ Here Card Reader, 'PAYPAL *PAPDESIGN' will be displayed in your bank statement for your Credit/Debit Card payment.

23. for payments by PayPal™ via the Special Offer, please add/provide the Artwork's Name and LD/GA/SC/FFF-number, the A size of the artwork, and the frame colour to the order.

24. a maximum of 1 artwork is allowed, and 1 frame is allowed, per postal delivery as part of a Special Offer unless agreed or stated otherwise.

25. the Special Offer may be updated and/or cancelled at any time during the offer's duration without your consent.
